Abstract
Most researchers are evaluated based on their publications as well as the citations their publications receive. However, almost every researchers' first priority is to publish in a high ranked journal and they only think about the publication itself and do not give any thought about the importance of the visibility and impact of the publication. Even if your research is excellent, if no one finds your paper, it won’t be recognized and cited.
